Rachael Greaves, CEO of leading AI data management system Castlepoint recognised in Innovate Finance ‘Women in FinTech Powerlist 2022’
London UK, March 13 2023: Rachael Greaves, CEO and co-founder of leading data management system Castlepoint has been included in the Innovate Finance ‘Women in FinTech Powerlist 2022’ in the category Senior Leaders (CEOs, CFOs, Founders, Executive Team Members) as a result of her outstanding hard work and achievements over the previous 12 months.
Women in Fintech receives hundreds of applications from across the world, and the Powerlist shines a light on some of those making a difference in FinTech. Every single story inspired the judges with the great work that has been done in the last year, and having so many to choose from is real testament to the phenomenal women working in this sector.
One of the key objectives of the Powerlist is to showcase and inspire the next generation, and Rachael is passionate about encouraging more women to develop their skills and consider tech as a career. As a female CEO and co-founder of a successful global cybersecurity scale up, Rachael has made a conscious and strategic business decision to build a diverse workforce, resulting in a female-dominated business operating in a typically male sector. 60% of Castlepoint’s employees are women including - somewhat unusually - almost half of the tech team. She’s one of a small number of female tech entrepreneurs to have successfully secured growth funding.
Rachael’s decision to focus on a feminist business model is part of her objective to make tech more inclusive: first by employing a better ratio of women and second by taking a zero tolerance approach to the poor behaviour which has historically been typical in tech.

Last year, Rachael was announced Australia’s most outstanding woman in IT security, and also won the RegTech female entrepreneur of the year category, with her business also taking home the RegTech Association’s Australian business award.
