Radford College selected Castlepoint to enhance its risk assessment and mitigation strategies, sustain its compliance, and support continuous review of security to help to protect the personal information of its students and staff. Castlepoint was deployed on premises in the secure Radford network, with interfaces established with the key unstructured data systems initially. The ACT Government Retention and Disposal Schedule for Non-Government Schools was deployed across the environment, to identify data that has reached its minimum retention period under law, and can be compliantly disposed of, reducing the amount of personal and sensitive information held on the network.

Within a secure on-premises deployment, the College gained full oversight of its 12,000 managed records across 6,650 systems, ensuring the security and proper management of student and staff information.
